Account setup and verification
Creating a doyokjp account takes under subject to verification. Visit doyokjp.app (on iOS via browser) or download the Android app from our site. Tap "Create Account" and enter a username, password, email address, and phone number. The system sends an SMS verification code to your phone — enter it, and your phone is verified. Email verification is automatic; no action needed from you.
Once verified, you can log in and access Free Play (practice mode with a virtual balance). To fund a real-money account, you'll be asked to confirm your email address (if not already done) and, for high withdrawals, provide identity verification. This one-time step protects both you and our payment partners.
Your password is personal and permanent — store it securely. We recommend at least 12 characters mixing uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Never share your password with anyone, including doyokjp staff. If you forget it, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen; we'll send a reset link to your email.
Your account is tied to your verified phone and email. You can't create two accounts with the same phone number or email. If you need to switch devices, just log in on your new device with your username and password — your balance and history follow you.
Deposit and payment methods
doyokjp supports six e-wallet options and four bank-transfer methods. Your choice depends on what you have available and which is fastest for you.

- Scan-and-pay standard. doyokjp displays a QR code; scan it with any local payment-compatible banking app. Fastest option for mobile.
Bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment): Choose your bank, and we generate a unique virtual-account number. Transfer from your personal bank account to that number using your bank's app or ATM. Once your bank confirms (typically subject to verification), your doyokjp balance updates automatically.
All deposits appear in your account dashboard under "Transaction History." You can view the deposit amount, timestamp, and status. If a deposit shows as pending after subject to verification, check your payment method app to confirm the transaction went through; if it did, contact support and we'll investigate.
Withdrawal and cash-out
Withdrawals work in reverse: funds return to the payment method you used to deposit. If you deposited via online payment, your withdrawal goes to e-wallet. If you used a mobile banking virtual account, funds transfer to your local payment account. This protects you by ensuring money leaves only to an account verified as yours.
Go to your account menu, select "Withdrawal," choose your payment method, enter an amount, and confirm. Your request is queued immediately. E-wallet withdrawals complete within minutes; bank transfers depend on your bank's processing window (typically 1–3 business days). You can track withdrawal status in your account dashboard.
Withdrawal consistency is key: funds always return to your original source, and your transaction history is preserved for review. Whether you're in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or another city, the same withdrawal pathway applies.
Game access and technical issues
Games are accessed after login. On Android, download the doyokjp app; on iOS, open doyokjp.app in Safari. Both lead to your account dashboard. Tap a game category (sportsbook for Liga 1 and international football, live dealer for blackjack and roulette, slots for Aviator and Sweet Bonanza, esports for Mobile Legends and Free Fire) and select the game.
Games require a stable internet connection. We recommend WiFi or strong 4G/5G coverage. If a game loads slowly or freezes, check your connection, close the game, and reopen it. Session state saves automatically, so you won't lose your balance or position.
Some games may not load if your device's browser or app version is outdated. Update your browser (iOS Safari, Chrome) or reinstall the Android app from doyokjp.app. Clear your browser cache if you continue to have issues.
Connection troubleshooting
- If a game won't load: check your WiFi or mobile signal. Restart your connection (toggle airplane mode, or disconnect and reconnect to WiFi).
- If login fails: verify your username and password. If you've forgotten your password, use "Forgot Password" on the login screen.
- If your balance doesn't update: refresh your account dashboard. If a spin or market result isn't reflected after 30 seconds, close the game and reopen to sync.
Account security and best practices
Keep your password secure and confidential. Never share it via email, SMS, or chat — doyokjp staff will never ask for it. If someone requests your password, it's a fraudulent attempt; ignore them and contact us immediately.
Use a strong, unique password: at least 12 characters with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. Avoid birthdays, usernames, or dictionary words. Change your password if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your account balance is yours alone. If you notice unauthorized transactions, contact support immediately with details (date, amount, game or payment method). We'll investigate and take action.

Response time depends on ticket volume; during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays like Idul Fitri and Idul Adha), waits may be longer. For non-urgent issues, email is appropriate. For urgent problems (account lockout, lost funds), use in-app chat.
When you contact support, include as much detail as possible: your username (not password), a description of the problem, and any relevant timestamps or transaction IDs. This helps our team resolve your issue faster.
